Jack Petchey Awards

The Jack Petchey Foundation provides our community cricket club with much needed funding. It also enables our young players of all abilities the opportunity for their efforts to be 'recognised'. This long term partnership is an integral part of our club's reward programme.


Jack Petchey Achievement Award Winners

- September, October and November 2020

Haaris Usman - for his exceptional performances including an outstanding century to win the adult second XI championship and an undefeated 60 and player of the match in successful u19 T-20 competition. Congratulations Haaris.

The grant will be used as a contribution to a new bowling equipment.

Shawaiz Saeed - awarded for his match winning batting and bowling performances in successful u12 Essex (Brian Taylor) County cup. Congratulations Shawaiz.

The grant will be used as a contribution to a new bowling equipment.

Zara Turner - Zara took up coaching and was showing considerable promise when the lockdown halted our plans.  Zara has won a place on our Junior Volunteer Accreditation Scheme.  Congratulations Zara

The grant will be spent on the complete refurbishment of bowling equipment.
