Match report The ladies batted superbly, special mention to Lou Poulter who smashed a great 61 off just 48 balls and Dipti Puthawala who scored a quick fire 22 off 17 balls in the last few overs!

Once the ladies had set the scene, it was up to the youngsters of the team (all under 16) to restrict the runs and they did just that! Nafeesa started off with some very tight overs, built up pressure to score which led to Serena taking 2 wickets from the other end, including 2 maidens for only 7 runs!
The runs were kept to a minimum by all following bowlers Sanjana, Beth who got a wicket, Katie, Raisa, Kerianne and Dipti who was slightly tipsy when bowling and managed to bowl a 10 ball over!

A great effort by all which means we are through to the 2nd round of the T20 Cup on the 5th June.
