Match report Needing to win their last league game of the season, the ladies had a delayed start due to rain but won the toss and elected to field on a slightly damp pitch.

The ladies bowled really well and got wickets early on with Zainab getting the big wicket of their county u14 player Sonali trapped lbw for 1! Then young talented spinner Amber Mays began a wicket fest by getting the captain Bhavika out with a good catch by Neha at mid wicket! Amber then got a great hat trick of wickets and finished with figures of 6-2-11-4! Well done! Wickets fell further with skip getting the last 3 and Serena getting one.

84 to win, Zainab got off to a good start and hitting the ball hard got a quick 13 off 13 balls before being given lbw. In came Dipti and along with Neha made a great partnership and saw the ladies home with scores of 31 and 36.

The ladies had won the league! It's been a great season and a great comeback for the ladies not losing any game since the first 3 losses!

Well played everyone! We are CHAMPIONS for a 4th time!
