Match report A bad day at the office for the Herons as a strong Chelmsford side made up vital ground on the Champions.

Wanstead's batting faltered with three of the top order making good starts before giving their wickets away. Nabeel Aziz continued his fine form with the bat scoring 59 to salvage some respectability for the away side.

In response, sensible batting and a solid opening stand took the match away from Wanstead, who failed to take advantage of key moments in the match.

Only real notable success was the 8 points gained, meaning Super Two's retain top spot by two points.

The match was played in an excellent spirit and whilst bitterly dissapointed, the final two weeks are now well set up for an enthralling finish. Next up, Home to Southend - come and show your support!!
